In the initial stages of the matsuri everyone was ‘go go go’ and making the most of the ‘all your can drift buffet’ Ebisu was serving up. Tyres were popping like there was no tomorrow and by now after the mechanicals everyone was settling into the groove and counting down the final hours. A quick bite to eat and one of the famous ‘Japanese canned coffee’s’ and I was good to go. Sitting in the local convenience store carpark sipping down my ‘BOSS’ I was a little worried that everyone would blow up, crash, or simply drive their car into the ground and upon my return nothing would be driftable. Drift Matsuri is for any drifter the ultimate event to attend. It is the pinnacle of….well cocking around. In fact not just a day of cocking around, but a non-stop all-weekend ‘dori-houdai’ (all you can drift). No wonder I find myself coming back time and time again. Retrospect : Drift Matsuri Ebisu Circuit
Client クライアント : New Zealand Performance Car The seasonal drift matsuri held at Ebisu Circuit is for any drift fanatic nothing but pure heaven. From Friday night until 5pm Sunday it means non-stop drifting opportunities. This event draws everything from missiles to fullblown drift machines. 5 courses, to choose from and the action is hot enough during the daylight hours, but it steps up a notch at night. Share → Tweet
